Production Process
INCOMING MATERIALS
The primary raw material used in the production is rubber, which the company employs 60% latex as the main ingredient. Our latex is from a local manufacturer that has been certified to meet international quality standards. Thailand's latex is regarded as the best latex in the world.
We have excellent knowledge of the process, from tapping rubber, mixing latex, and keeping the temperature stable.
COMPOUNDED LATEX
60% of qualified concentrated latex will be integrated with chemicals and incubated to obtain a proportionate latex used to produce each type of condom.
DIPPING
Dipping is the process of immersing qualified latex by a machine equipped with a molded glass rod. Condoms take a dipping process to form the thickness relatively with dipping duration.
WASHING & DRYING
Condoms will be cleaned and washed off protein stains (to protect users with an allergic reaction to proteins in natural rubber latex), after which they will be dried.
VISUAL INSPECTION
We check the quality of condoms. Primarily, our well-trained staff will screen the products by checking the condition of the condoms, such as leaks, the edges of the condom, unmatched color, etc.
ELECTRONIC TESTING
We deploy a capacitive hole tester for our testing to meet international standards.
PACKING
We use manual labor and automatic machines for packaging the product with foil and boxes in the packing process.
