Dararattanaroj established Thai Nippon Rubber Industry Public Company Limited in 1993 to produce and sell customized condoms with premium quality.

Our first manufacturing location in Laemchabang Industrial estate in Chonburi has a production capacity to produce 60 million units annually.

The company increased the registered capital of 120 million baht by issuing 1,200,000 new ordinary shares with a par value of 100 baht per share, resulting in an increase in registered capital from 30 million baht to 150 million baht. The objective is to expand condom production capacity.

The company started producing and selling condoms under the company's trademark “ONETOUCH^TM”.

The company increased the registered capital of 30 million baht by issuing 300,000 new ordinary shares with a par value of 100 baht per share, resulting in an increase in registered capital from 150 million baht to 180 million baht. The objective is to expand condom production capacity.

The company increased the registered capital of 12 million baht by issuing 120,000 new ordinary shares with a par value of 100 baht per share, increasing registered capital from 180 million baht to 192 million baht. The objective is to expand condom production capacity.

The company began to produce water-based lubricants.

The company received a promotional certificate number 1748(2)/2548 from the BOI with tax and other benefits for the manufacture of condoms as specified in the investment promotion certificate.

The company launched lubricant under the trademark ONETOUCH^TM

The company started its production at Pinthong Industrial Estate with an initial installed capacity of 256 million units per year.

• Signed manufacturing contract with United Medical Devices to produce condoms and lubricants under the trademark Playboy.
• The company is the sole distributor in Thailand.

The company received the BOI Promotion Certificate No. 2117 (1)/2012 and has received tax privileges and other privileges for the manufacture of condoms as indicated in the promotional certificates.

• The company's structure has changed, and new internal management has joined to suit the business operation and regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
• Launched ONETOUCH 003, a condom made from natural latex with only 0.03 mm thin.

November The company was traded on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) under the ticker TNR on 29 Nov 2016. The company is categorized in the consumer goods, personal care, and pharmaceutical sectors.

October Announced the intention to join Thailand's Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) project. The company received a response on 08 Oct 2017.

April TNR invested in the trademark, PLAYBOY. The company bought the rights to expand and market condoms and lubricants under Playboy Worldwide after United Medical Devices, or UMD, licensed from Playboy Enterprises International, Inc. ("Playboy"), USA. With an investment budget of USD 15 million, the company obtains the exclusive right to sell and market condoms and lubricants under the Playboy trademark in 188 countries worldwide.

August Invested in manufacturing and distributing paper packaging business. The company acquired all ordinary shares of Box Asia Group International Company Limited (BAGI), a limited company engaged in manufacturing and distributing paper boxes. The company purchased all 1,691,000 ordinary shares in BAGI with a par value of 100 baht or 100 percent from 3 existing shareholders of BAGI, consisting of (1) Oji Paper (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (OPT) (2) OJI Holdings Corporation (OHC) and (3) OJI Asia Packaging Sdn. Bhd. The transaction was completed on 10 Oct 2018 and had an actual purchase price of 24.8 million baht.

August TNR started its subsidiary company in China. The company is established a new subsidiary named TNR (Beijing) Trading Co., Ltd. in the People's Republic of China to support its business operations in China.
